What You’ll Do:

? Be the first and last impression, greet every guest with warmth & professionalism
? Create a polished, high-end experience that sets our studio apart
? Upsell services & recommend retail to enhance the guest’s results
? Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention
? Follow up via calls, texts & emails—build lasting client relationships

?   Drive membership growth by actively promoting and selling memberships to new and existing clients through in-person interactions, phone calls and digital outreach

?Contact and follow up on leads in Dewy/Zenoti/Hyperconnect each day
? Track & exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales goals—be a revenue driver!
? Lead studio tours to introduce guests to our full range of services & products
? Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base
? Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & retail space & common areas
? Foster a motivating, high-energy environment—be the team’s biggest cheerleader!
